Reusable plastic bag artwork design

We are a retailer needing to comply with California's new reusable bag law and i just need a graphic artist to take our logo and tag lines and lay them out so they will look nice and fit on the bag and send me a file to send to the bag manufacturer. The attached show's a rough draft of the idea. I'd like someone to improve the design, make the "shop green save green" tag line match the "MART" in the ReMart logo and add whatever "pazazz" they think appropriate. Nothing big, just a "spruce up" of the basic draft i've provided.
