It doesn't have to look like this (old lol), you can make a new design for it, you can make the site with whatever you want, you can do anything you want, just use my text(content)
There will not be "upload" page anymore so you don't have to do any coding or anything hard.
Just create a website with whatever and however, so pretty simple job
*Oh and page will not earn me alot of money (maybe nothing) so adsense is important here.
Leave as much adsense ads per page as possible/safe
It would be cool if you have your own hosting to work on and later we can just transfer the site to mine... But if you don't that ok
So yeah pretty simple job so honestly lowest bidder will get it
