I need the theme for a vanilla forums website created. It should include the header, footer, and content area for 3-4 pages. The theme should be responsive for both desktop and mobile. I also need a new page on the website created to be the home page and it will have static content and some dynamic content from the forums recent discussions. The files will need to be in the vanilla forums theme format of a [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] template file. I created a plugin in the software for the homepage but I don't know much PHP so I'm not sure if it's correctly done. You can probably use it and fix it to work right.
Can you do this work for both front end css design and some back end PHP code? I can provide FTP access and an account on the forum software upon request.
