need city map editing

Hi i am looking for someone who is good with Photoshop and can create a 3d Cartoon map as attached. you can use any city map.... What i am looking for is creating a Career path for our employees. What i need is the following: 1. A city to be created like the example attached which has a Domino's Pizza store 2. A College called Domino's Pizza College 3. A University Called Domino's Pizza University 4. Must have a starting point and a ending point. 5. Will need to have 5 images created. 1 showing the character at the starting point. 2 showing the character at the Dominos store. 3 Showing the character at the college, and 4 showing the character at the university and 5 at the ending point. Please find attached the character that needs to be created,,, i need this ASAP... in next few hours... only made a offer if you can do this in next few hours and on my budget
