Misc: Create custom site theme on mature drupal site, a flash graphic, some marketing if you do that

I'll read only emails that respond specifically to what I need, and have obviously looked at my site first.

My site at [url removed, login to view] needs a facelift.

It works well but we want to give it a fresher look and increase conversions.

I want:

1. a richer new flash graphic at the top (I provide the images)

2. a luscious, rich, more magical theme for the site, which is based on a drupal template (I'd work with you as I know the look I want but don't have the tech skills to make it)

We want to keep similar colors but make it more layered and interesting.

Must work with me by phone or skype at times, NOT JUST EMAIL, if it is long distance.

Your English must be very easy to understand.

I've started collecting images I might want to incorporate, so the designer is collaborating with me, not working alone. If I were good at Photoshop and the technical end of it I could do it myself, but I need your technical and Photoshop talent to make it happen.

Other projects I might hire you for:

3. Help with SEO if you're even better at it than I am. I am GOOD at that.

Can you help me get better conversions? I'd even pay a % of increases if you measure your results.

4. Monitor our Google Analytics and make suggestions that increase our conversions, and measure your results?

Get our ads onto more targeted websites?

5. Improve our Ubercart shopping cart workings,

and make the emails it sends out after look better, friendlier.

6. Fix ongoing site glitches, etc.
