Graphic design for album art

I am a singer-songwriter (genre: alternative rock with a strong Japanese-rock influence) from Washington, DC, USA, who is currently preparing to release (1) a physical CD album (CD) with needed album cover art, a visual design layout for the CD and an 8-page booklet that would be included in the CD package and contain lyrics to original songs translated in Japanese and English (translations are already completed), and (2) a digitally uploaded version of the album in iTunes, Amazon, AWA (Japan) and other U.S. and international streaming sites. I am planning to use a CD manufacturing and distribution company called CD Baby ([login to view URL]) for the physical and digital distribution and their templates for the uploading of art, lyrics and audio. The template format for the physical CD would be a 6-panel Digipak with center tray and two spines. I also would like to include a booklet of artwork and my lyrics for the digital distribution that would be posted to a complementary, artistic site at Bandcamp ([login to view URL]) linked to my CDBaby album upload page. Please let me know whether your firm does this type of work or would be interested in doing this type of work and, if so, what would be the estimated cost as well as any other information you may need from me.
