Graphic design expert for company re branding

We require a creative graphic design expert to help in the rebranding of our marketing material.
We will be maintaining our corporate brand but want to create a theme for our marketing material that will easily identify us without the customer even seeing our brand logo.
We want all our marketing material to maintain a typography which portrays our products to be as low priced as possible. Initially we will focus on redeveloping our website, but we first need to create the concept/theme. The successful freelancer would ideally be located within a 4 hour time zone from Brisbane Australia and have fluent english. Only designers with an eye for detail and a willingness to achieve the best result should apply.
