Design a Website Mockup - 3 different page layouts

I need a website template done. I have done a very rough mock up that gives you an idea on the placement of everything. I have done 3 page layouts in the mockups. 2 of them are pretty simple. Once the design is approved I will want it delivered in preferably php with the header and footer as separate includes but html is okay too. The css needs to be properly done and in the css file. The design also needs to display properly in all of the different major browsers.
I am usually very picky on who I choose to work on my design projects. If you are part of a "team" then do not bother bidding as I prefer to know someone's actual skill before hiring them not their coworkers skill. Also, If you do not have a high reputation with several design jobs in your portfolio then please do not bid either.
This is a sports information site. I am open to discuss color scheme.
