Design and Develop User Interface Front End for Web App

Summary
This is an existing software platform with a customer base that is being currently redeveloped into a new web app version. I'm looking for a talented UX Design specialist to design and create the "front end" of the web app. The app itself is relatively simple from a design standpoint with 5 or less pages to design (probably 3).
What is the program?
Bulk analysis and profit calculation software for Amazon professional sellers. Users have the ability to load a large lists of Product Identifiers (ie: UPC, EAN, ASIN, SKU, ISBN) into the program to quickly process against the [url removed, login to view] database and return certain information about each product listing + profitability/ROI calculations for buyers to quickly make buying decisions.
What is needed from Designer?
1) Work closely with back-end developer
2) Design front end concept of app and landing page with a organized/clean/modern feel,
2) Develop and fully integrate into existing website,.
Skills required?
Previous similar UX experience. Please be prepared to share examples of work.
Misc:

Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure/non-compete document.
Rate is negotiable based on experience/agreement.
