Hello Freelancers,
We would like to create a Redeem Code feature on our site which will allow users to enter in codes we give out and redeem prizes.
Job requirements.
-- Create a MySQL database that holds the following
-- code string ( This will hold all the codes we want to use )
-- claimed time ( This will show when the code was claimed)
-- active ( Integer 1 or 0 that defines if the code is active or not
Example of how it should function:
We add a code to the database. We give the code out and the user goes to a pre-determined page that has a form for them to enter in the code.
The user will enter in the code and it will give them a success message or error message.
Once the code is used, the code will need to be updated in the database as no longer active and cannot be used again.
