Convert PSD Files into PNG Files for App

I have 10 pages that I need graphics turned into png. The psd files have the background and characters. I need the characters separated from background. So the files should have png backgrounds and png characters. I tried converting and my pictures were pixelated.
I need 3 sizes for my app design, 640dp x 480dp, 667dp x 375dp, 1024dp x 768dp.
I will provide psd files and the sample files I tried converting myself.
