PROJECT SCOPE:
The project is to develop Real Estate CRM / Transaction Management System for Real Estate Companies and Agents. When completed, the application will be allow real estate companies and its agent to manage properties, clients, and transactions.
The scope of this application is limited to the following tasks:
Creating Login page
User Form (Add / Edit Template)
Property Form (Add / Edit Taemplate)
Transaction Form (Add / Edit Template)
Dashboard (Landing page after login)
The application should be secured and accessible via a login. There will be three (3) user type: SysAdmin, Manager, User. Each user will have access based on user type.
The majority of the database has been created.
During the selection process, I will provide full requirements to qualified developers. This will allow you to fully understand the scope and determine if there are any issues.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Developers should have knowledge of the latest trends in technology on HTML/PHP/AJAX/ JavaScript /MySQL/CSS. Some design work is required.
Database is MySQL. Majority of the table structure have already been created.
Knowledge of Godaddy and Amazon AWS.
DESIGN CONCEPT:
Follow existing design template.
HOSTING:
Hosting is on godaddy.com.
Application may move to Amazon AWS in the future.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
Money will be Milestone and release upon the following:
20% - upon completion and approval of Login Page and User Forms
20% - upon completion and approval of Property Forms
30% - upon completion and approval of Dashboard
30% - upon successful final UAT and final delivery of all source codes and files
This payment structure is a pay as you go method and will reduce risk for the developer and ensure progress for myself.
I will provide the dev and testing environment.
COMMUNICATION:
I require someone who will actively communicate with me and update me throughout the project.
TERMINATION:
This project will be terminated if I feel the development and/or communication process has stalled. If there is an issue, identify it and let me know. I need to turn in a status report as well.
OWNERSHIP:
Upon full payment, full worldwide ownership of the software/application will transfer to me.
TO BID:
Please submit bid with example of past work in related work/experience. If you have demos, I will review them.
I’d like to see examples of front and back--end work.
Your bid will not be considered without any supporting work.
Submitting a proposal of what you plan to do will greatly enhance your chances of winning. It does not have to be formal.
ADDITIONAL:
Freelancer must be willing to sign NDA and non-compete agreement. I’m looking for a development partner so this could lead to future projects.
