Build a job site using drupal framework. Theme already purchased and installed on our domain - [login to view URL]

1. companies can

a. create account and post new jobs (jobtitle, company name, address, city, state, degree level (UG/PG/PHD),

degree obtained (BE in Computer Science, BS, BSc, PhD etc), Year of graduation, Experience details, salary range, specialisation keyword addition

b. Receive and manage applications in a dashboard

c. search and associate online profiles based on keywords to

d. Track interview status (invite for interview, rejected, accepted etc)

e. generate a report on number of resumes received by job category and those that are eligible for that job(count) ordered by date range of posting.

2. job seekers can

a. can create accounts and enter searchable information on to fields on a form and also update/upload resumes

(degree, year of graduation, city stat, salary preferences, job titles looking for etc). 5. Must send

SMS (phone messages) -we have api, when a new account is created to validate.

b. apply for jobs by searching based on city, state, degree requirement, years of experience, keywords etc

c. existing job seekers must be able to track the status of their application online. employer may accept, reject with a reason.

d. Match new jobs to skills

across all jobs and email nightly (job seeker must have setup this request)

3. System must pull jobs from [login to view URL] using drupal api and other job sites such that there is enough jobs shown in search screen.

4. Login password resets must be automatic with links to reset pages. User creation must be CAPTCHA validated

All that is needed is to create content types, views to suit requirement. (Custom module use must be minimised)

PRIOR DRUPAL EXPERIENCE IN CREATING A JOB SITE IS REQUIRED.
