I need to create a paid membership site with the following features:
1. My paypal button to join
2. Assume I need to use my MySQL database to keep track of my members, however I'm stuck with an old version of MySQL 4.1.22. and can't upgrade it now.
3. I will have about 8 sections to start that each has:
a. It's own forum.
b. A practitioner list where people can submit themselves as practitioners
c. Place to submit feedback on treatment plans
4. We will have a database of research projects and a way for users to provide feedback and "grade" the quality of each research project based on multiple criteria.
5. I would like to be able to edit it all myself. I'm still using Dreamweaver
