Animation and photo altering needed for photos

This is for a co workers birthday party. I have three separate photos (images) that I need to have animation added to and one photo (with the three images above) made into one single file.
They are headshots of people and we are going to create some additions like funny hats and noses and other animation or images to make them funny pictures.
Please send me images or files that you’ve created in the past and if I hire you I will send you the images and then we can have a Skype call so I can show you what we need. I need this done ASAP please.
