Design different themes for a website

We have an online fashion website which is built using magento. It has domains in different countries which are similar so we are looking for different themes for each site.
Therefore I am looking for a full home page and category pages development from a good graphic/web designer.
We are looking for someone reliable who has the track record required for this job. So no time wasters please!
I want to keep it simple and I have other websites that I can show you in our industry that are operating the same system but making slight differences between sites.
I would like to use the same person frequently and possibly long term.
So who ever works on this project will do alot of work for us in the future.
