EASY & FAST - rework current logo...

The logo was created prior and I am unable to obtain the source files for it. I'm seeking a skilled designer to recreate the logo and provide me with all sources files related to it (ai, psd, pdf, etc). It's very important that the recreated logo be as a close match to the original as possible (colors, style, etc). Logo should have a transparent background and not the "fire" background as displayed in the example.
