Design a magazine layout: Note this magazine layout is half done we need someone to finish it off to a high quality and professional publication (to the quality of Cosmopolitan and Vouge magazine)
The magazine must be of a professional standard and must be completed as soon as possible. Files must be provided in CS5 ONLY and packaged.
The magazine cannot be a generic must be 100% custom and glitzy !!
We have approx. 15 editorial articles in this publication and we are looking for someone who has a flair for creativity
We are on a very tight budget as this is our first edition but if all is successful this may turn into ongoing work with the budget increasing over time.
Lower the bid is the better
We normally pay $5.00 per layout/editorial (total budget $95.00)
