248236 Banner Redesign

This is an urgent project. We need this complete in the next 30 minutes.

I have a low resolution graphics file (jpg). It needs to be converted to one of the following files:

Formats Accepted are(Print Ready Files):

* Adobe Illustrator files

* EPS files

* Corel Draw files

* PDF files

* High Resolution JPEG,PSD,BMP,TIFF,PNG files

The image has to be high resolution and 15 feet long by 3 feet wide. It is to be sent to a printer to make a 15x3 foot vinyl banner.

The image I have is too small and too low resolution.
