layered After Effects template

need a layered, configurable After Effects template. The template shall include:

- background music

- background video (enabled if no background slideshow is used)

- background slideshow (enabled if no background video is used)

on top of this there shall be a configurable number of layers which all have the same following flexibility:

- let an image "fade in", "show" and then "fade out" (alpha transparency changes over time and "show time" configured in millisec)

and

- let the images "move"

-- either along a path over a configurable period of time (start/stop of the mover and the speed configurable in millisec)

or

-- let the image move from x1/y1 to x2/y2 over a configurable period of time (start/stop of the mover and the speed configurable in millisec)

If all the above is used together it would represent a "sandwich" of a background slideshow with sound or video and on top various images can fade/out in at different times and show for various time periods while moving along different lines/paths.

Output will be HD mp4 / m4v used in best possible quality on mobile devices.

Resolution/screen size must be flexible (changeable) on a concept to be discussed/agreed.

NO graphic work required, some simple test graphics will be provided, the scope of the project just covers the implementation of the described dynamics/layers/parameters within After Effects (version 5 and above).
