fix git corrupted

I am having an issue with my git repository. Every time I try to push changes from my local repository to the remote, an error message appears.

I know exactly the sha1 that is the problem, but this doesn't exit in the remote server anymore.

I read a lot of google fixes, tried few but none work. The ones I didn't try are to risky to me to do it myself..

I'm looking somebody knows exactly what is he doing.

I have at the moment 300 commits pending to be pushed and I can't lose them.

The solution it's branched and both branches have the same problem.
