FLV Player w/ Buffering / Actionscript

ONLY BID if you can provide a URL to a similar project. I'll need the source FLA and actionscript when you are done as I may need to reskin it at some point. I also need this written in Flash 8, not flash 7 or earlier.
I have raw FLV encoded videos. I'm currently using the FLV player object, and passing the FLV dynamically with a paramter. It works great, BUT it doesn't do any buffering, so if a user has a bad connection, they get a choppy video. I need it to pause the video,
I need a SWF that can dynamically load a FLV by parameter, and also do buffering.
