Web designer required to work part time

Hello,
I am looking for a talented web designer to work full or part time for my small company.
What I am looking for is someone with very good design skills produce screenshots and layouts in either Photoshop or Fireworks, based on the brief that I email over.
Then, if the project goes ahead I would then require the designer to convert the screenshots into HTML to then deliver to my development team.
The ideal candidate would have very strong design skills with a range of styles. Most of our clients require corporate looking websites, and we got a lot of more fun websites advertising products, etc.
I am looking to pay around USD300-USD400 per month as a salary to a designer that can dedicate 8 hours a day, 5 days a week to my projects. I am looking for someone with an eye for detail, who is committed to working with me and my clients, and delivers on time.
If you cannot work full time, but only part time then please contact me anyway and based on your portfolio we can come to an arrangement.
