Flash Player embedding needed in fla/swf file.

I have a standard swf or fla file, I want to embed this, [url removed, login to view], player with a managed url for the players xml feed

the attached is just a swf, this is the size the page would be, so provided a fla with the player embedded in it. I need to see action script, so I understand how to do again.

I need this asap..budget is 35-40$ for this..
