EXTRA Creative -Flash site

I'm looking for someone to help build a site similar to [url removed, login to view] with few creative changes and additions.

I have other jobs I needed done including some clients projects.

I am looking to build a relationship with the right individual BUT you have to take TIME seriously. If YOU HAVE FAILED any of your clients in the past according to your own delivery schedule please do not apply. TIME is everything to me. So when we agree upon a time. I expect no ifs or buts...
