After Effects expert needed for editing a 30 seconds video

Hello,
I need an After Effects expert who can edit a 30 seconds video.
What I'm trying to do is to include a video spokesperson in my website. I've tried completing this myself, but I don't have time to do this now. So, I want an expert in video editing who can do this task for me.
I've shot this video not in front of a blue/green screen, so you need to use the rotobrush tool (Or I would appreciate if you can get this done by other convenient methods). After isolating the object, you need to make the background transparent so that I can put the video in my website and it should not disturb the page contents. I want the best quality. I'll provide more details via PMB.
Please do not bid if you are not familiar with After Effects CS5 or later versions.
