1688 FLV Bandwidth Detection-Urgent

URGENT HELP REQUIRED I have a Flash Coms server setup to stream a number of FLV's to my website. Currently the site is functional and provides streaming for specific flvs encoded at 300kbits. I am now developing my actionscript and BWcheck files to dynamically change the flv to be played depending on the client's bandwidth - that is, if the user's bandwidth connection is 450 kibits per second or more flv "[url removed, login to view]" will play, whereas if their connection is up to 300kbits then "[url removed, login to view]" will be shown e.t.c. There will be 3 differently encoded flv's for each video presentation, encoded with a low, medium, and high setting. There are detailed help files surrounding the topic provided by macromedia, and using these I have developed by actionscript, but now I need some help troubleshooting to get it working correctly. Either my code may be used and corrected (I'm using an 'if' statement within my initStream function), or the vhost/virtual keying method can be implemented if this is easier. My code is attached on a notepad.
