High Quality Animation Video

We are launching a humorous niche content site in about a month. We will be doing some offline promotions that will drive traffic to the site before it launches, so we would like to have a funny flash video that embodies what the site will be about.
This video will be about 1 minute long, and must be of high quality cartoonish style. Will center on 2 main characters, with whom I have JPG images that i will provide.
Story direction, dialogue, etc, will be provided to accepted provider.
Must be formated for playback on YouTube.
We cannot stress enough that this must be of high quality cartoon animation. We will not accept low quality work.
