Flash File Creation - Intro, Header + 3 Small Games

Ok,
I ned a flash intro, animating a logo, most graphics will be provided and exact flash requirements given.
The main site will require:
- The header including navigation etc animated as specified, nothing complex or challenging
- 2 Small flash games:
- 1st game displays a photo and asks for two selections, and apropriate text response is displayed. 5-10 images displayed either randomly or one after another
- 2nd game has 4 or 5 paramters, which will be numberic values. Once the button is pressed, a graph of 1,2,5,10,15,20 years is displayed with results appropriate to the inputs given. This will be a mathimatical calculation based on inputs
- Another animation will be of a person running in the screen, pushing up a "piece of wood", which he nails up. The wood has text on it, once nailed up he stands to side, then it falls down. He then nails it up again, but different words appear. Words should easily be configurable via text file or similar.
The two games and small animation will all be tied together with flash buttons that load each of the movies. All flash files should have loaders for each of them.
Another animation will enable someone to use a "hammer" to smash a photo, which reveals another image. Gain, very small.
There may be some other small animations that are required.
excellent flash skills are required, as is good actionscripting ability.
Flash source files to be provided when completed.
Previous examples of flash work will be required to be considered.
Needs to commence immediately with intro completed in 48 hours from completion. OTher portions completed over the next 2-3 weeks or earlier if possible.
Most graphics wil be provided but I may require some graphic design
MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND HAVE EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS IN ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!!!
