Media Server Interface backend

I have an interface for a media server, but I need a backend built that allows me to put media in a folder and the it is discovered. Please see Zina and use it as an example.

This media server should be searchable by song, artist, as well as genre. I have absolutely no idea what a project like this should cost, so I'm hoping this category is appropriate. I'm not even sure what categories to post tjhis project.
