Facebook Ad Expert Wanted

IMPORTANT NOTE: All communication must be through Freelancer. I won't hire someone who will contact me through other means.
I'm looking for someone who knows the Facebook business well and is good with Facebook Ad strategies.
I run a start-up marketing agency and I need someone who I can trust to launch ads on facebook, optimize then properly and keep an eye on them.
A few things I need:
1. You need to be able to chat on video on Zoom or other video chat methods.
2. Your english must be good.
3. You understand how to create custom reports and you're good at reading analytics and optimize ads accordingly.
5. if you know GTM, that's also a big plus but not required.
6. Must be very honest with their hours and must be efficient with your hours. I've hired professionals in the past that quoted a certain amount by the hours but they put double or even 5 to 10 times more hours than needed. Such professionals don't last long with us. You'll need to be honest with us.
We'll start by the project first and if we work well together and I see you are competent at your work and efficient with your time, then we can have a more permanent relationship.
NOTE: I posted this job as per the hour, however, I'll be asking you for a quote for each projects as we begin to work together. Eventually, once I know how efficient you are, I'll have a better of how long it takes you to do the job and as I trust more, we'll do the work by the hours. For now, I need to know how much you want by the hour.
