Training and building a small automation work in Excel

I have list of existing items with its coordinates. I also have different new items with it coordinates. I have built a tool to give me what are the surrounding existing items near the new items based on 500 meters. now each existing item has a value. I want a tool to list surrounding existing items values to the new item ( one new item could have foe example 8 existing item around it with 8 different values) and run this for 500 new items in one click. so at the end i will have list of new items with exiting items name and value and the date of that value taken (date is there as well). each new item should have one cell next to it with those mentioned details.
