need excel macro urgent work (in 1 day)

I need excel macro done. see the details below (also see excel file for data and sample):-
once the macro is run, the following should happen:-
1) each row with all its data should be duplicated 41 more times. so total there will be 42 rows (including the 1 original row)
for example if there are 100 rows with data, then in the end, there will be 4200 rows
2) the value in 1st original row in column E will be TRUE, the other duplicate data will be empty
3) data in column F: it is in format 1.1 1.2 2.1. 2.2 2.3 2.4 etc
what should happen:-
it should be formated as
[url removed, login to view] in 1st row, then
[url removed, login to view]
for 2nd example as:-
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]
4) data in column G will say MERGE for each row in which there is a value for image
5) data in column H will start as 1, 2,3,4 for each row in which there is a value for image
this is very urgent work, i need it done accurately and in 1 day. it needs to be done exactly as i have stated
