Excel Financial Planning - repost

I want some help in putting together a basic Personal investment/financial plan in a spreadsheet. I have about 80% of the job already done but I'm unable to complete it.
The contractor should should be proficient in excel functions and conditional formulaes .
This worksheet will create a personal financial plan dealing with investments (interest, dividends capital gains), taxes, deposits and withdrawals.
I will provide all the investment and tax information and withdrawal pattern.
The template should be free of VBA and or Macros. It should be simple excel sheet.
