Execute all operations which related to Import Custom clearance.

Following-up shipping documents & Shipments Arrival.

Receiving shipping documents & complete required

Forms & Send it to Custom clearance agents to start clearance process.

Following-up critical shipments with shipping lines & air lines.

Starting customs procedures with freight forwarders & following-up till releasing the shipments & receiving it in plant.

Following-up with A/C department the payments required for import shipments.

Review invoices of freight forwarders & pass it to A/C department for payments procedures.

Review the shipments clearing procedures cost to make sure that all charges have been accounted according to the agreements.

Following-up store activities of Material Receiving.

Following-up with Clearance Agents to ensure smooth clearance for all incoming shipments.

Temporary Release .

Following up all shipments will be released under Temporary Release.

Submit the required Documents to ICA in order to arrange the ICA letter.

Follow up with ICA till receive the required letters.

Follow up with the stores to control the Temp release store & quantities.

Arranging required documentation for Temporary Release.

Collecting all required documents & keep Temp release filling.

Arranging & following up the Temp release settlements with SGC till receive the LGs.

Duty Drawback

Collecting & arranging all required Documents for the Duty drawback.

Following up with the Duty drawback consultant for the required Data & Documents by the ICA & the Duty drawback authority.

Following up the released Cheques.

Receive the Analysis for the refunded drawback cheques.

Keep all the required filling for Duty Drawback
