I'm looking for a skilled software developer who can develop an application or program that will be able to count the number of words in each email within an Outlook 2010 folder. Here are the specific requirements:
- Word Count: It should not just focus on the body text, but also be able to count the words within attachments.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in working with Outlook software programming.
- Familiar with different file formats like PDF and Word Documents, as the program should be able to read these types of file attachments.
- File Export: The program should also have the capability to export to a CSV file the date, time, sender, subject, and the calculated word count for all emails, without any specifications on the criteria of the emails to be selected.
Ideal Candidate:
- Familiar with CSV file export procedures.
- Highly attentive to detail to ensure accurate word count and email information export.
This task requires a keen understanding of email systems specifically Outlook 2010, as well as the ability to manipulate and read file attachments such as PDFs and Word Documents. If you have the required skills and experiences and are up for the challenge, I'd love to hear your approach and bid.
