I am looking for a programmer to ad open source blog,store,and forum like vbulliten that will work with the same username and password as when you signup for the [url removed, login to view] script. Also, I would like a good link exchange script added to the site too.

I will pay no money up front and I would like this done quickly. I have delt with many programmers that keep promising me that they will complete the project but they never do.
