**A simple, clear task which can get your ratings up:**
On [login to view URL] you can look for companies and get contact information for each company. I want to obtain this information structured in an Excel (.xls) file with the following fields:
- Company name
- Full Address (info next to the address book icon)
- Contact person (info next to the contact person icon)
- Phone
- Fax
Some of the information (eg. fax / email) is only available when clicking on the company description. In case multiple contact persons are listed on the underlying page, collect only the prime contact person.
In total there are 1625 records of companies. It should be possible to automate part of the job (or the integral job) by designing a small script / macro that enters all the information in an Excel file automatically.
## Deliverables
- All the phone and fax numbers have to be formatted without spaces or other signs (such as '(' or ')' or '+'...)
- Phone and fax numbers have to be always in the international format: 00321234...
- Most (if not all companies) have a Belgian phone number starting with '0'. This has to be replaced by 0032 to comply with the international format. Numbers starting with +xx or 00xx have to keep that format.
- All email addresses should be correctly formatted (...@... . ...).
