Data entry work for freshers !!

Hello,
I would like to get data from website [login to view URL] and put it to MS excel. It should be only tennis data results from 2014 year.
What to do:
- go to [login to view URL]
- open every tournament and every game
- copy and paste following data to MS excel file into the following form:
Column A (Match URL)
Column B (Tournament name)
Column C (Match name)
Column D (Result)
Column E (Pinnacle Opening odds for 1st player)
Column F (Pinnacle Opening odds for 2nd player)
Column G (Highest (closing) odds for 1st player)
