A global 500 telecommunication carrier and IT service provider is looking for a part-time contractor to help its customer in real estate development sector to build up new CRM system. Please see below for detailed job description and requirements -
• Experience with CRM implementation highly regarded
o Strong understanding of CRM system design, development and delivery practice
o Ability to gathering and document technical requirements
o Manage technical scope and vendor delivery
o Design and manage testing to ensure delivery of all system requirements
o Experience in system security and compliance
o Ability to negotiate on behalf of the organisation
o Experience in change management, risk control and working in Agile methodology will be beneficial
• Experience or exposure to Real Estate sales process
o Initial role to mirror Sales Manager’s daily tasks
o Learn the sales process and to manage database Excel sheet
o Be able to understand and analyse business requirements (with 3-4 week process)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to question and manage large data sets;
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Part time role, max 2 days per week, up to 6 months
OUR CUSTOMER IS BASED IN SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA AND REQUIRES THE FREELANCER TO WORK IN THE OFFICE.
