Recipe compiler/rewriter

You will be required to research, compile and rewrite recipes for publishing in short collections in ebooks. This initial project is to test the quality of your work, and we require you to create 2 collections of recipes. If the quality of work is good, we will hire you to create a number of recipe collections on a monthly basis. You will be provided with a list of topics/categories and you will choose 2 from the list, and create the recipe collection. You can take existing recipes from websites, books, forums etc. and rewrite them in your own words. You will not need to change the actual ingredients, but will need to rewrite the method/instructions. Please bid for creating 2 recipe collections. Each collection should be between 20 and 30 recipes, and the total must be at least 50 (i.e. one could be 20 and the other 30, or both could be 25...) Along with your bid, please supply a sample of your writing (any topic, any style - just to get an idea of the quality of your written English) and indicate roughly how many of these sized ebooks you could create a month. I will send samples/examples of the recipes we want to any bidders we will consider, along with a list of topics to choose from. Any questions please just ask!
