Hello, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager to continue the growth of our Instagram and Pinterest page. Our company is called Micieli Design, and we’re a small but growing company that offers luxury residential interior design services.
We offer a full service interior design services to busy professionals that want everything done for them from the drawings, selecting of finishes to accessorizing their newly designed home.
Our service is offered locally at the moment, but would like to grow their presence, build relationships and gain clients.
We’re looking for a SMM that does the following tasks on weekly basis (mon-fri):
Instagram:
- 2-3 daily Instagram stories reposts from User Generated Content (UGC)
- 1-2 posts a week, using 70% UGC and 30% posts related to the experience and project updates. You will need to write the captions and research hashtags for all posts. We can discuss content topics.
- Engaging (liking, commenting) to boost brand awareness and collaborations with:
Followed accounts
Hashtag + possible potential industry referral partners related posts
- Answering/liking back DM’s, and diverting sales DMs to Sales.
- Identifying influencers or interesting accounts of related industry partnerships, to work on collaborations.

Pinterest:
- Create infographics and pins consistently.
- Have extensive knowledge of SEO and Rich Pins.
- Use scheduling tools like Tailwind.
- Research and find keywords.
- Optimize boards, profile, Pins.
- Join Group Boards and Tailwind Tribes.
- Schedule Pins using Tailwind.
We would like to have a montly-based quotation for a long term collaboration and some references that we could evaluate.
