Hi,
I need help validating my course idea. I only have only the curriculum and need copy writing, landing page design, FB ads and email sequence. If a lead magnet is needed then I need advice what I should develop for it. Threshold is to get minimum 30 purchases, 50 USD each during the presell.
Some words about the course:
Title: Create the Culture: advanced strategies for crafting a compelling crystal clear vision, getting better customers & loyal employees, and building bulletproof business that lasts
I plan to launch it on Teachable, so it will be a video course with templates, scripts and lots of real life examples, dedicated Fb group and 3 months direct access to me.
This can help
1. startups to make a good start and avoid reworking the basics later or
2. business owners to turnaround their company or
3. team leaders to align and make a very powerful team or
4. young professionals who were just assigned to be leaders and want to do it right
I think initially I would test and try to presell for the first two groups - business owners and leaders who want to make changes and ready to put in efforts to establish the mindset of their team to skyrocket results. They don’t have the budget or don’t want to spend 200k USD for on-site workshops but ready to roll-up their sleeves to ensure long term success.
I made some benchmarks and all of the online courses explain why culture/vision/mission/values are important but most of them forget what it takes to implement and how to involve your team and what challenges will you face.
I went thru these several times and my learning curve was quite long. Initially it was for a small company. I had no support and everything was based on trial-and-error. Then I had to do it again for another company. I had some experience and also found some useful sources how we can do it better. Everything was easier and I recognized some patterns. The third time I had to lead the program for a multinational company and got support of a consultancy company also. The basics, the patterns and the challenges were the same but we were more intentional and acted on a different scale with more resources and some additional tools. The last project was also for a multinational company but we had to redefine the company and change the mindset but only with initial resources. Again, same methodology, same patterns and challenges but some additional work on motivation and re-establishing the trust in leadership. If I could do it then others can do it also.
This is where I think my competitive advantage will be. I plan to include the methodology with many real life examples with companies on different scale. (These are missing from the other competitors.)
I know, the topic might not be sexy but something I really believe in.
A few years ago a similar course would have helped me to save lots of hours when I had to turn around my operational. If it makes a good start then this can be a base for other courses (leadership, operational excellence etc).
