Personalized Illustration for Director of Community Theater Production

I am looking for a talented artist to transform a specific image I have into a unique illustration. It doesn't matter to me if the final product is hand-drawn and scanned, or is created on the computer.
I am in a production of Fiddler on the Roof. I have the artwork for the show. I would like to keep that artwork basically the same, except I would like to add a can of Diet Dr. Pepper to the hand of the main character, Tevye, who is front and center in the illustration. He is holding up one arm, and I'd like you to drawn the can in that hand. I will provide the original artwork in EPS form as well as an image of the Diet Dr. Pepper can for your reference.
It is totally fine to me if you just modify this image in Illustrator or photoshop; you don't have to recreate it.
If you want to recreate the image in your own style, that is great, and of course I will pay more for that. It should still resemble this original artwork, though, because this artwork is iconic in the theater world and that's part of the point--I want it to be recognizable.
This will not be used for any commercial purpose. I am either going to frame it as a gift for our director, or put it on a shirt for her. Please let me know if you have any questions.
