USB Flash Drive Partitioning

I have a software that works in windows xp/2000. ( I do not have source code ). The software allows to select a USB pen drive from the list of USB storage devices plugged in, and partition that usb pen drive into upto 100 partitions ( selectable as per user need) with each partition size into 720kb/1.2mb/1.44m ( Selectable ). After partitioning the USB pen Drive I can activate the Partition number from the drop down menu. The partition selected is then assigned the Drive letter of USB Pen drive. The software which i have can be downloaded at [login to view URL] and the password to this zip file "P@ssw0rd0!" without quotes.

In need this application to be designed for Windows XP/ Windows 7 ( 32/64 bit ). At this moment this application works in 2 modes single Partition Mode and Multi Partition Mode. The Single Partition Mode works in windows 7 ( 32 / 64 Bit ) , but I am looking for Multi- Partition mode in Windows 7 ( 32 / 64 Bit ) . In addition to the same I need a USB DISK BROWSER type of option, in which I can see all the partitions of Pen drive as folder. By just clicking of them I could view/modify the contents.

*Source Code is Required & is Must

*The software will not be sold / distributed to anyone else

*As I sell my emulators to the various dealers , I would prefer that I could be able to put the names of my resellers in the Menu Bar of the application.

*It is Must that the complied version must not be editable in Hex editors , so that one could pirate the software by just editing in Hex Editor and thereby editing the name.

* I need the Software to partition USB Flash drives & format into 360 kb/ 720 kb / 1.2 mb / 1.44 mb size format

*The software should work in all 32 and 64 bit platforms - Windows 2000 ,Windows XP , Windows 7

*The browser as guided to be provided , I should have a Exsplorer type view of all partitions in single browse window , double clicking should show the contents , right click may have an option to activate that partition and assign a drive letter.

*Software should be able to make 100 partitions ( Or less as required - User selectable ) of USB Flash Drive

*Anything USB Storage with more than 32 GB should be filtered out .They should ommitted and not be shown in USB Detect list.

*Format type of the partitions should be selectable FAT16/FAT12

Terms and Conditions

* I will deposit 25% of the amount agreed with the Choosable freelancer. Demo/Trial application which can create and format 5 partitions of 1.44 mb capacity can be given for release of the 25%. As these Partitions and data in them have to be untimately accessed on our floppy drive emulator, We will also have to test that the compatibility at my end. In case of any issues the problems will be reported back to the APP Designer.

* Next 25% will be released when I am shown the browser , that can browse thru all the partitions created and activate any requested partition

* Next 25% will be released when App Designer can demonstarte the NAME CHANGE in Menu for My resellers, and I will confirm that by editing using Hex editiors the piracy is not applicable . Also I would like to see all different types of Partitions sizes being created using Application

* Balance will be released , when I see all the features mentioned above including the source code.
