C#.NET Core API Logging in SEQ and Secret management

I already have a C# .NET Core API created. I need few enhancements to it:

1) Configure to use SEQ as a sink for Serilog. SEQ should be enabled to using a custom domain example seq.mywebsite.com. Serilog is already configured.

2) Make changes in the application to store the secrets in some store like Azure Key Vault or Hasicorp vault
