We have an external program sending xml files to an FTP.

We need to download the file to a specific folder on our local computer within seconds from file is uploaded.

We need a running service on the computer that check for new files at FTP, download them to the selected folder on C: and deletes from FTP (or at least know what files is downloaded and only download new ones).
