Customize and existing software and add new features

I am looking for some expert in C and C++ who can customize this open source source code, and features I need.
You will need to do the following
1- Customize this system to work without user id and password and access only PC's which will be given access it to while assigned (I can explain in more details)
2- add feature of file transfer
3- add link to create ticket (simple just link to a URL)
4- we have a nodejs based chat running already you will need to integrate tat too.
I will provide access to AWS

and I will provide access to chat and our CRM API's where the PC's will be stored
