SQL Server 2008 Full text search application

We are in need of a small application that searches in resumes based on a full text search in SQL Server 2008 for Keywords such as "Java, Oracle, Software". The result list shall show and be ordered by the search ranking. The worker shall only use the statistics provided by SQL Server 2008. Can be done in any language. We don't want a solution based ona nother SQL framework. Detailed specification and database is attached.

We prefer Delphi 7 development but is NOT a must.
