Need to build an existing software GUI clone(repost)(repost)

A. I need a clone to this software: <[url removed, login to view]>

B. Actualy it has three products with almost same GUI:

1. Stand alone

2. IE Component

3. FF Component

C. I don't need these features: Built in JSON and Soap viewer, Decode ASP.Net ViewState, Native support for Flash Remoting, Automation Interface.

D. **_I will provide the engine, so you only have to do only the GUI_**.

E. GUI must be written in MSVC2008 or MSVC2010. Gui will be MFC based. (I will also accept C# but I'll prefer MFC bids)

F. If you need a 3rd party component let me know in advance.

G. GUI should be changed a bit, I don't want it to be 100% looking the same, I do want all functionality though.

H. As all complex GUI projects please bid knowing that there will be slight changes here and there.

I. Payments will be made: 1/4 after 1/3 work done, 1/4 after 2/3 work done, 1/4 after work done. 1/4 6 weeks after work done (this period is for bug fixes)

J. The IE plugin GUI should support: IE6, IE7 32/64bit, IE8 32/64bit.

K. The FF plugin GUI should support FF 3.x 32/64 bit

L. The stand alone can be 32bit only.

M. OS will be Win XP and above.

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
